Snow Snow and more Snow
Well it was forecast and down it came, snow, snow and even more snow. Scotland has probably been the worst hit with temperatures reaching as low as -21 (thats what I call cold). School was closed to-day as many of the staff could not travel into work. I am sure the children had a blast in the snow and I will hear all thier storeis over the next few days. I had a walk in the wonderland, baked bread and generally got caught up on lots of little jobs.
Lovely photographs!! It all looks so pretty. Schools in our part of Surrey and Hampshire were open yesterday but after the snowfall overnight I am sure a lot will close today. My husband is going to try and drive to the University for work.
Beautiful photos. Sounds like a perfect day to catch up! Wishing you well! I was just remembering how lovely it was when we were in England 5 years ago Christmas. We visit our daughter's family. Her husband was working on a plant development in Mundesley, a pretty village on the North Sea. How the wind did blow. Wishing you well! Cathy

Keep warm and safe, Jackie in Surrey, UK.
There's nothing like a snow day!
It looks beautiful where you are - and it sounds like you made the best of the day.
