This recipe was sent to me from my son, Frazer who lives in Atlanta.
Salmon Crust Steaks
4 salmon steaks
1 jar of basil pesto
1/2 cup of finely grated Parmesan
1. Seat salmon steaks in frying pan 2 minutes each side (skin side first).
2. Combine pesto and cheese, mix well
3. When salmon is seared, top with pesto mix and drizzle with lemon juice
4. Bake in moderate oven for 15 minutes.
We served it with cous cous and crusty bread. Yum! You should try it
